Do you have to be a leader?
Some people feel that because the major success in building a GNLD
business comes from developing a ‘network’
of buyers (even if they all buy direct from the company), that
means duplication and the need to teach or lead others to do what you
have done. So they think they need special leadership skills.
The truth is, if done properly, it is not ‘leadership’ skills that are needed, but the ability to
simply ‘follow’ a system – and
then to show others and let them ‘follow’ as well! It’s like a guide who, having been down
a path before, guides you by taking you down the same path. Once you have
been down the path yourself, it is easy to show the way to the next
person … and so on .. and
so on. That’s true
duplication.
It’s great to be
